Performance Management
The State and DMVA operate on an annual performance management cycle of April 1 through March 30 of each year. Newly hired employees must have a plan completed within 30 days of their employment date. Progress reviews are administered once a year in October. Ideally, exiting employees must have a final evaluation completed prior to their last day of employment.
